Marked with a stamp that says "JAPAN" with a figure (maybe a house?) in the center of an ornate circle and Enesco Imports Japan sticker on the bottom. Year and maker is unknown, but he sure is a cute and happy little guy in excellent condition.
With a larger hole on the back and three smaller holes on top, it could be used as a flower frog, chopsticks holder, pen/pencil holder, kitchen sink sponge holder, or maybe even a toothbrush holder.
